We receive hundreds of bids and need a way for senders to know that their submission was received. Your reply is only sent once to a message sender. At the top of the Edit rule box, click OK to confirm you new out-of- office message rule. In the Automatic Reply Rules box, click OK. And in the mail Automatic Reply Rules box, click OK a final.
