What is an urgent repair as defined in the act for nsw

If an urgent repair is neede the tenant needs to notify the landlord or agent right away and arrangements should be made as soon as possible. This factsheet summarises the law in NSW about repairs and maintenance for rented premises – including the obligations of landlord and tenant, and how to get repairs done, whether they are ‘ urgent ’ or ‘non- urgent ’. You can use this letter when there are urgent repairs that are needed in your premises and the landlord has failed to carry out the repairs in a reasonable time. It is used to pass on information to employees without the general public having access.


An intranet is a companies own internal web. It serves a broad range of purposes and uses, but at its core, an intranet is there to help employees.
